"The location was great, we were able to walk to all main attractions and there were bus stops/metro outside our doorstep. As a family of 6 this apartment provided the best comfort and safety, initially I had looked for hotels, but this would have required 3 separate rooms costing double the price of this apartment. Our handover person, Luisa was lovely. Although she does not speak english, we managed to communicate using Google Translate and it was not difficult to understand how to lock up and use the keys. I did notice other people staying in the building were not locking the front door safely as we had found it open several times. When we arrived, Luisa did quickly run the supermarket to grab us some toilet roll which was not there. The dining table was large enough for all 6 of us, and there were cutlery, plates, cookware provided too. Lots of facilities were provided such as an iron, airer, washing machine etc, which we weren't even expecting."

"The metro is so close when the streets were quiet between 12am and maybe 230am the metro made loud rumbling noise every few minutes that actually startled me at first as I thought something had hit the building And we thought there was ac as there was a gauge but in asking there was not . My error but we could have used it as it was too noisy to sleep with windows open . Not enough towels for 3 people for 4 days."

"The only issue was that the entry door from the outside requires a button to exit which is poorly labeled and the lobby is often dark. Since the host explained everything except how to get out, it took us a minute to figure it out on our own. But really nothing too stressful."
